The Board, amongst other items of Agenda, considered and approved the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31^st March, 2020 and recommended a Final Dividend for the financial year 2019-20 @ 50% on Equity Share of the face value of Rs. 5 each viz. dividend of Rs. 2.50 per Equity Share.
