The meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 16^th May, 2018 to consider and approve, amongst other items of Agenda, Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31^st March, 2018.

As per Company’s “Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders”, the Trading Window for the shares of the Company will be closed from 9^th May, 2018 to 18^th May, 2018 (both days inclusive) on account of above said Board Meeting.
