In terms of Company's "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders", the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company will be closed from 25^th February, 2020 till 7^th March, 2020 for the purpose of Board Meeting to be held on 5^th March, 2020 to take decision for approval of new Capex.
