The meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Monday, 11^th February, 2019 to consider and approve, amongst other items of Agenda, Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31^st December, 2018.
As per Company’s “Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders”, the Trading Window for the shares of the Company will be closed from 04^th February, 2019 to 13^th February, 2019 (both days inclusive) on account of above said Board Meeting.
