Color
Estoplast –
resins are
available in standard colors e.g. natural
black, blue, green, brown, grey etc. Tailor
made colors can be made available on request.These
resins have high color fastness. |

Regrind
Normally it is possible
to mix 15-20% of regrind with virgin Estoplast-
resins without compromising on the mechanical
properties, provided the regrind is sourced
out of properly processed material and has
been stored and handled with due care. |

Storage
Estoplast
resins are pre-dried, ready for use, packed
in moisture proof, multi layered, laminated
bags. Estoplast resins should be stored in
a dry place & the bags should be properly
sealed again, if contents are not consumed
completely. |

Pre-Dying
Estoplast resins are supplied with very low moisture
contents and normally do not require predrying
if the packing is opend just prior to processing.
However pre-drying is recommened at 120°c
for 2-4 hrs. in a dehumidified hopper dryer
with the inlet air having -32°c dew point,
to get better surface finish and properties. |
